in2beats FM Community Radio Licence

As many of you will know, in2beats is now applying for a Community Radio Licence and, as such, we need to run a tight ship for people to realise we are serious and give us the respect we are due. Therefore, we need you to ensure your website profile is correct and up-to-date. Could you please take the time to log in and update your details throughout, ensuring you complete all of your various sections, i.e. DJ/MC, promoter profiles, etc., as well as uploading your image(s).

Your are the guys who make in2beats what it is but for the FM radio licence to happen we need you to participate and get it together for us. After all, you are the people who will get the broadcast time.

Station Volunteers

That aside, we want to encourage all of you to think about what you can do to contribute to the FM Community Radio before and when we go live. What can you offer the community? What can you do to raise the awareness of community issues? Do you have a voice you want heard? Is there something close to your heart that you wish to express?

We are looking for the right kind of people to make an active contribution to the Bedford scene. It's not just about the beats, it's the beat within the community we need to tap into, the pulse of Bedfordshire.

Training New DJs and MCs

Can you broadcast? Can you make a difference? Can you tutor wannabe DJs and MCs and give them the opportunity to learn from your skills how to be an in2beats DJ or MC? You guys are already up there and broadcasting live. How about taking the time to teach some new guys how to do it.

In other words, what are you willing to volunteer in terms of time, energy and — if you have the resources — money, to make the station a success?
